Welcome to Highgate Shiatsu. Sarah Aubergé is a fully qualified and insured Shiatsu practitioner who provides-in-home treatments in the Highgate, Hampstead, st Johns Wood and surrounding area. She can also be visited by appointment at one of several clinics. Sarah Aubergé qualified from The European Shiatsu School in 2003 and is also a graduate ot the school of C B Shiatsu( classically based). She is a registered Practitioner with the Shiatsu Society(M.R.S.S.) and is also a fully qualified Bach Flower Remedie therapist.

SHIATSU is a venerable Japanese hands-on rejuvenating treatment which helps relieve back,shoulder, and neck pain and stiffness. Shiatsu is particularly effective for stress management ,migrains,insomnia,asthma , arthritus, period pain and pegnancy. (Click on WHY SHIATSU? for more info')

At-home treatments are performed on either a portable futon or a portable massage table. Each Shiatsu treatment lasts for an hour. Sarah focuses on Shiatsu in central London, Japanese foot massage in St Johns Wood and Bach Flowere remedie consultations in Highgate but is happy to adjust her treatments to suit the requirements of the individual.
The Fee for a one hour treatment is £50.
